At Templeton Smithee Hayes Heinrich & Russell, LLP, our Amarillo personal injury lawyers have over 200 years of combined experience helping injured Texans. By providing dedicated counsel in multiple practice areas, along with offering personalized and attentive service for each of our clients, we have won successful outcomes for hundreds of claims.
This year, we’re honored to announce that two of our top attorneys, Brian Heinrich and David Russell, have both received multiple honors in 2018. Most notably, both have been selected to the Texas Super Lawyers® list for 2018 – a rare qualification only given to the top 5% of Texas lawyers. Their outstanding commitment to their clients has earned our firm a reputation for quality, and we’d like to take this opportunity to acknowledge their accomplishments.
About Attorney Brian Heinrich
Practicing trial law since 1991, Brian Heinrich has proved to be a forceful advocate for his clients in multiple practice areas, from tort litigation to contract disputes. As of today, Attorney Heinrich has been chosen to the prestigious Texas Super Lawyers® list in the field of General Litigation for 11 years; first from 2006-2014, and now again in 2018.
Additionally, Attorney Heinrich was sworn to the New Mexico State Bar on October 23rd, making him eligible to practice in both the states of Texas and New Mexico. He also participated as a faculty member in the Masters in Trial® series for the American Board of Trial Advocates, which allows other lawyers to learn from leaders in their field. Brian also received the Lifetime Achievement Award by America’s Top 100 Lawyers.
About Attorney David Russell
Also chosen to the 2018 Texas Super Lawyers list in General Litigation, this is the 9th year that David Russell has received this elite accreditation. He was also honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award by America’s Top 100 Attorneys, in recognition of his work in personal injury and commercial litigation.
Russell believes strongly in the power of the legal system to resolve disputes. That’s why he was also asked to present at the Amarillo Bar Association this last October, on the topic of “Maximizing the Value of Mediation.” Additionally, David was re-certified this year by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, in both Civil Trial Law and Personal Injury Law.
