Fees
For engagements based on hourly fees, our lawyer.s hourly rates range from $300 to $425 per hour, and our paralegal rates range from $75 to $135 per hour. In certain situations, our firm feels that the traditional hourly fees may not be appropriate. In those situations, our firm will offer to tailor a fee arrangement with our clients that insures our firm's goals and the client's goals are the same. These arrangements can take the form of contingent fees, reverse-contingent fees, fixed fees, hybrid fees (combining contingent and reduced hourly fees), as well as many other forms which have mutual appeal to our clients and our firm. The amount of the fee and responsibility for expenses incurred in the case vary with each case.
