Representing plaintiffs and defendants primarily in the oil and gas industry and general commercial litigation, Joe W. Hayes has practiced civil trial law since 1972 in various state and federal courts.

During his tenure with Templeton Smithee Hayes Heinrich & Russell LLP, Joe has participated in more than 150 trials and 30 appeals. His legal work includes not only oil and gas litigation but also a range of practice areas and concentrations in fiduciary and general commercial litigation.
