In his bankruptcy practice, Cole’s primary area of expertise is in representing creditors and trustees in bankruptcy proceedings and related adversary proceedings. He represents a number of Bond Trustees to protect the rights of bondholders in bankruptcy proceedings. He represents creditors in all aspects of maintaining their claims and protecting their secured interests in bankruptcy proceedings. He represents Bankruptcy Trustees in appeals and adversary proceedings related bankruptcy cases.
In his oil and gas and commercial litigation practice, Cole primarily assists Joe Hayes and other members of the Templeton Law Firm in researching issues of law impacting suits in which the firm represents major oil companies, producers, royalty owners and other individuals and businesses.
