Summary

David has practiced trial law since 1987 in state and federal court. He has worked for plaintiffs seeking recovery as well as for defendants. David’s practice has involved primarily civil litigation with emphasis in the following areas: products liability, toxic torts, medical malpractice, premises liability, tort litigation, employment law, contract disputes and probate litigation.

David has also served as a mediator for the past 12 years. He has mediated over 150 civil disputes.

Representative Engagements

Aviation product: represented family of pilot killed in the crash of a private plane due to engine failure caused by defective oil pump.

Medical product: represented client who suffered paralysis as a result of a defective medical device used in lumbar fusion.
