Summary
Joe has practiced civil trial law since 1972 in various state and federal courts. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants primarily in the area of oil and gas litigation and general commercial litigation, including business torts, contracts, insurance, real property and probate/trust. During that period, Joe has participated in more than 150 trials and 30 appeals.

Oil and gas: represented gas producers against gas purchasers in cases involving accounting, take or pay, market out, modification and termination issues relating to gas purchase and processing agreements.
