Robert has practiced trial law since 1956 in state and federal courts. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants, in major oil and gas litigation, a variety of business frauds, accounting malpractice, eminent domain, a substantial number of medical malpractice cases for the plaintiffs and finally numerous insurance coverage and first-party insurance disputes.
